Having hayfever is hell. Puffy, sore eyes, sneezing, wheezing, ugh. And antihistamines always make me feel dry and sleepy. So a natural tea sounds great to me! Check out the recipe list for a list of ingredients and what their properties are - but before drinking anything like this, please check that it doesn’t affect any medication you might already be taking!

Roadtrippin’ with My Parents

Dad: You drive the truck, ok?
Me: Sure, Pop.

::I’m driving @ 80 mph::

Mom: Watch out! You’re going too fast. Slow down.
Dad: Be careful, I bought this $70k vehicle for her.

::We stop to eat and I get what happens to be the worst coffee in the state of Alabama::

Dad: I’ll drive.

::Dad’s average speed is 100 mph & Mom is now fast asleep in the backseat. I’m trying not to chew off my bottom lip::

Woke up before sunrise to get ready for a morning sprint routine/run with The Boy. First time ever.

Totally not regretting that decision. I need to do that more often.

Do a French vanilla bean cream cheese icing. Make it a whipped so its light but the French vanilla bean will give it depth.
